Jack is Four Months

Watch out....he is getting teeth soon. Our good baby Jack is rolling and scooting and drooling in every direction. He is sleeping in his crib at night and now that we are through a growth spurt, it seems like he will only wake up to eat and hear lullabies 3 times a night now! At 5 am he likes to scoot around and investigate his crib...our motion sensors have given him away...And also the fact that he has yet to master the art of whispering.

So, Dr. Hartman told us (him) that he should be sleeping through the night at this age....and at his size. He laughed. Jack weighed in at 16lbs (well, 15.15) and he is 27 inches tall! He is off the charts for height! I wish I could see into the future to know if Jack will stand eye to eye with his father or have to lean down to kiss and hug his mamma. I wonder! Right now, though, he holds on to you like a little Koala Bear. He holds on with his fingers and toes. He looks at you with these eyes that smile. It is hard to put him down, that little Koala.

Four months already!?! He's sooooooo cute! And teeth? I'm glad you are getting more sleep...even if it still means 3 times up at night! Take what you can get, right? :) Miss you!
